Each chalet comes with a private 140 m² lot (7.00 × 20.00 m) and a 52 m² two-level A-frame, handed over built and connected. One all-inclusive price, starting from €54,000≈ R$305,000 off-plan.
How much does a chalet cost?
There are three price bands, set by position: 30 lagoon-front lots at €67,000≈ R$378,000, 20 central lots at €54,000≈ R$305,000 and 32 lots towards the entrance at €59,000≈ R$333,000. Indicative values, not an offer: sales will open after the incorporação is registered. These are off-plan launch prices, paid in a single payment before construction starts; during construction the price rises by 5% at each phase. Buyers who prefer to spread the cost agree an instalment plan directly with the builder.

The 52 m² A-frame floor plan
The ground floor has a living room with kitchen and a full bathroom; a mezzanine sits under the roof. In front of the chalet are the entrance garden and the deck on the pedestrian boardwalk: no cars drive between the lots.
The plans show the internal usable areas; the built area of the chalet is about 52 m².

Every chalet is named after a Brazilian flower. Lot 01 is the closest to the lagoon; the north row runs from 01 to 41, the south row from 42 to 82. Availability as of 01/10/2026. Each lot has its own page with prices by phase, distances and a PDF sheet.
