The resort: from the road to the lagoon, all on foot
Updated on
Oasi Oro Verde is a residential resort on a 52 × 570 m site in Estância (Sergipe, Brazil): a lagoon with a private beach to the west, the Rodovia Airton Senna to the east. In between, 82 chalets along a pedestrian boardwalk and a club with pool, restaurant and spa.
What the resort includes
- Lagoon beach with jetty, beach bar, deck and solarium, in a beach park that keeps the protected strip along the shore free.
- Central boardwalk in eucalyptus wood, 3 m wide, from the beach to the club, with an arched aviary; the shared sewer runs underneath.
- Shared pool with deck, jointly owned by the chalet owners.
- Restaurant on one floor (180 m²) with a covered veranda, a bar, a minimarket and reception at the entrance.
- Spa and gym: chalet owners can use the hot tub and sauna; treatments with specialist staff are paid. The restaurant, spa and gym remain owned and run by the company.
- Entrance with gatehouse, parking and a fence around the whole site.

Infrastructure
Every chalet is connected to power and water with individual meters and to the shared sewer, which takes waste water to a treatment plant at the entrance: there are no septic tanks on the lots. Water comes from ground-level tanks with pressurisation and a fire reserve.
